EBBC’s Support Groups

Reflect on and be supported through your experience as a parent or becoming a parent and build real, honest connections over time with people who are ‘in it’ with you.

  • Beyond The Bump, Pregnancy Support Group

    This 6-week pregnancy group offers a supportive space for connection, reflection, and real conversation during a time of profound change. Through guided prompts and open dialogue, we’ll explore your journey to parenthood—from mental health and self-care to birth, postpartum, and beyond.

  • Pregnancy After Loss Support Group

    A 4-week expressive arts support group for those pregnant after loss—offering space to honor both hope and grief through peer support, mindfulness, gentle movement, and creative expression.

  • Let's Be Honest, Postpartum Support Group

    An 8-week support group for birthing parents and moms to explore the emotional and practical realities of early parenthood through open conversation, reflection, and community. Come as you are—pre-crawling babies welcome.

  • 2nd+ Time Moms Group

    A 6-week group for mothers welcoming their second (or beyond) child to reflect, reconnect with themselves, and build lasting community. This space supports honest conversation about the shared journey of parenting again.

    A 5-week group for dads with kids 0–3 to connect, share, and build community around the real joys and challenges of early fatherhood.

EBBC’s Community Circles

These recurring spaces are donation-based, low or no cost opportunities to make connections. While they are no substitute for the deep dive of a cohort-based offering, we know these circles offer a low stress and accessible opportunity to get out of the house and be together.

  • Pregnancy Circle

    A monthly gathering for pregnant people at any stage to connect, share, and build community—with gentle guidance from EBBC birthworkers and plenty of snacks and support. First Thursday evening of the month.

  • Postpartum Circle

    A weekly drop-in circle for parents and pre-crawling babies to connect, share, and feel supported—come as you are, stay as long as you can. Donation-based and baby-friendly in every way.

  • Baby Feeding Support Circle

    A weekly drop-in clinic for feeding support, weight checks, and connection with other parents feeding their babies —guided by an IBCLC lactation consultant.”

    No RSVP necessary. Support available between 12:30-2:30 every Friday.

  • Perinatal Loss Support Circle

    A supportive space for those grieving pregnancy loss to connect with others who understand. Includes facilitated conversation and community care centered on the needs of the group. This circle is appropriate no matter how far you are from your loss.

  • Queer Family Circle

    A monthly circle for Queer parents and parents-to-be to connect, share, and build community through pregnancy and postpartum —facilitated by Naomi Drexler, LCSW, in a warm, baby-friendly space.

  • Making Family: Queer Folx TTC

    A monthly circle for Queer folx trying to conceive to find support and shared understanding through the unique challenges of building Queer family - facilitated by Naomi Drexler, LCSW.

Guest Groups

We have a rich community of providers who offer their own services at EBBC. Here are some beautiful opportunities held at EBBC and registered with through our guests’ practices.

  • Nourishing Yourself, Nourishing Your Baby

    A 6 week Lactation Support Group by Woven Lactation. Eat, learn, and connect with other new parents over a shared meal. Get lactation tips from an IBCLC and talk openly about the highs and lows of the first year.
