The East Bay Doula Hub
A program and place for Doulas to
connect, learn, and grow together.
You compassionately and fiercely hold families through pregnancy, birth and postpartum - a beautiful and heavy task.
Doulas hold so much, and need support, too!
The Doula Hub was built with your (50 doulas!) shared insights. We heard you and want to support you in:
1) Building trusted Community, an essential element to sustainability as a Doula and Birthworker.
2) Business Development, because we’re people-people, not often as business-savvy as we’d like.
3) Continuing to Learn & Grow in your skills and confidence.
Is the Doula Hub for me?
The Doula Hub is for in-training, new, and experienced Doulas alike.
As Doulas, we enter into new territory with every unique body, birth and family we work with. A beginners mindset and space to process supports us all. The Doula Hub is built for YOU!
Doulas in Training: this work is often not exactly as you may have imagined it to be, and you deserve support to get ahead of the classic doula burn out rate (within the first 3 years of practice). Be in community with those who have been where you are.
New Doulas: We know that community is a vital nutrient for a sustainable career in birthwork. The landscape of perinatal care is always changing, and everyone benefits from joining forces and learning together!
Experienced Doulas: There is deep wisdom in coming back to basics, and your embodied experiences mature into wisdom as you share and process them. This work continues to be possible with your input and vision from lived experience!

Join us at the Doula Hub!
The Doula Hub is accessed through a quarterly membership. Your dues go towards all of the above mentioned benefits to cultivate the essential parts of a sustainable doula career: Birthworker Community, Continued Education, and Business Support.
The cost value of all the Doula Hub has to offer comes out to over $250/month. A worthy business expense (yes! write this off as a business expense!) as you grow in a sustainable and powerful way.
We use The Green Bottle method (a tool created by Alexis J. Cunningfolk) to offer accessible pricing for Doulas at all stages of building their practice and life circumstance.
Tier 1: $35 monthly - at this level, we hope to support any Doula struggling to meet needs as they build their practice and career.
Tier 2: $55 monthly - at this level, we sustain our programming and can continue to grow.
Tier 3: $75 monthly - at this level, we support the sliding scale offering to continue our efforts to ensure accessibility.
