Childbirth Education

A Weekend Immersion to connect and prepare for birth in any setting

What: Our Childbirth Education Series is thoughtfully designed to foster meaningful connections—not only with your primary support person, but also with others in your community. Through an interactive, hands-on approach, we provide a comprehensive exploration of effective coping techniques for labor, alongside discussions on birth physiology, informed consent, and decision-making regarding potential interventions. With ample time for questions, this series equips you with the knowledge, strategies, and confidence to navigate the many choices available on your journey to birth.

For Who: Any pregnant person and their main birth support person/partner(s)

By Who: taught by birthworker and facilitator, Elyse Schroeder
