Childbirth Education
4-week series for all birth settings
What: Our Childbirth Education Series is thoughtfully designed to foster meaningful connections—not only with your primary support person, but also with others in your community. Through an interactive, hands-on approach, we provide a comprehensive exploration of effective coping techniques for labor, alongside discussions on birth physiology, informed consent, and decision-making regarding potential interventions. With ample time for questions, this series equips you with the knowledge, strategies, and confidence to navigate the many choices available on your journey to birth.
For Who: Any pregnant person and their main birth support person/partner(s)

When: this is a 4-week series offered on rotation. Upcoming series:
Saturday mornings (9:30-12:00), July 12th through August 2nd (please hold August 9th as a possible make up class in case of an unavoidable cancellation)
Saturday mornings (9:30-12:00), September 13th through October 4th (please hold October 11th as a possible make up class in case of an unavoidable cancellation)
Saturday mornings (9:30-12:00), November 1st through November 22nd
*given a small cohort size and our desire to create cohesive and connected community during our classes, we can not accommodate ‘swaps’ of classes across the different series or virtual attendance*
